Extended Learning Opportunity Program Enrollment 2025-26

We are excited to bring you before and after school programming! Gates will be open for students starting at 7:00 am daily. We will be offering breakfast in the morning before school. The after school component begins at 3:00 and ends at 4:00PM. The after school program will include activities such as homework help, Accelerated Reader reading time, music for grades 5-8, outdoor play, snack, and tutoring for students meeting District criteria for individual support. In order to enroll your child in the program please fill out one for EACH of your children.

Permission: By signing below I acknowledge that I wish my child to be enrolled in the ELOP. Further, I understand that all school rules must be followed and will apply. I understand that my child may be disenrolled from the ELOP due to poor choice making during the ELOP. I further acknowledge that drop-off is no early than 7:00 am and pick up no later than 4:00 pm. Should my child be consistently early or picked up consistently late I understand they will be dropped from the ELOP. My electronic signature below indicates agreement.
